Understanding the risks of participation

1. Risk of Loss

By participating in a prediction pool on PREDICTA, you acknowledge that you are risking the loss of your Entry Fee. If your prediction is incorrect, your contribution to the pot will be distributed to the winner(s) of the pool.Loss of capital is a real possibility.

2. No Guarantee of Winning

Winning is never guaranteed. Outcomes are determined by real-world sporting events which are unpredictable by nature. Even the most skillful analysis cannot account for all variables in a match.

3. Platform Technology

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, access to the Platform may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, or network issues. PREDICTA is not liable for losses claimed to arise from an inability to access the platform at a critical moment (e.g., right before a match starts).

4. Data Accuracy

We rely on third-party data providers for match schedules and results. In rare cases, data may be delayed or inaccurate. Settlements are based on the official results provided by our data partners. Disputes regarding real-world results will be resolved according to the official league ruling.

5. Regulatory Status

PREDICTA operates as a skill-based competition platform. However, regulations regarding online competitions and prediction markets vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation is legal in your country or state of residence.
