PREDICTA is built on a fundamental principle: The Platform never plays.

• We do not act as the "House".
• We do not bet against our users.
• We do not have a financial interest in which team wins or loses a match.

This ensures that our incentives are perfectly aligned with providing a reliable service, rather than profiting from your losses.

2. 100% User-Funded Pools

Every dollar in a prize pot comes directly from the participants of that specific pool. PREDICTA acts strictly as a technology facilitator—holding funds in secure escrow and distributing them to the winner(s) automatically based on the result.

3. No Variable Odds Manipulation

Unlike traditional sportsbooks that shift odds to maximize their margin, PREDICTA uses a "Winner Takes All" pool model. The potential return is transparently determined by the number of participants and the Entry Fee, not by an algorithm designed to favor the house.

4. Anti-Collusion Measures

To ensure fairness for all honest participants, we employ sophisticated monitoring to detect and prevent collusion (e.g., users coordinating to "corner" a pool). Accounts found engaging in such behavior will be suspended to protect the integrity of the community.

5. Transparent Fees

Our revenue comes exclusively from a flat Platform Fee (5%) on settled pools and standard withdrawal processing fees. We do not have "hidden" operational margins dependent on user outcomes.
