Participation on PREDICTA does not guarantee any earnings or return on investment. Prediction pools are skill-based competitions where outcomes are determined by the accuracy of your predictions relative to other users and real-world sporting events. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

2. Not a Gambling Service

PREDICTA is a social platform for peer-to-peer challenges. We are not a bookmaker, casino, or gambling operator licensed under the National Gambling Act of South Africa. We do not set odds, accept wagers against the "house", or risk our own capital on match outcomes. All prize pools are 100% user-funded and are classified as competitions of skill rather than games of chance.

3. Third-Party Data

Match results and live scores are provided by third-party data services (e.g., API-Football). While we strive for accuracy, PREDICTA is not responsible for data errors, delays, or corrections made by these providers. Pool settlements are final once determined based on the available data.

PREDICTA does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Money deposited into your wallet is for the sole purpose of participating in prediction pools and is not a savings account or investment vehicle. Funds do not accrue interest.
